Huawei P30 Pro Rumors

It has been only a few months since Huawei P20 Pro came out, but we are here to know about its follower. Huawei and its sister brand Honor are busy letting out other flagships of 2018, there must be people already working to build a follower as stellar as the current one. Will the next-gen flagship break the records of the outgoing model? Will it be more feature rich? Let us know the rumours first.

Recently Huawei themselves declared they will be coming out with 5G smartphones in 2019. Huawei P30 Pro is coming out with 5G modem we assume. Counting on the number of flagships that Huawei launch in a year, the announcement was not specific to any device there are also possibilities that Huawei P30 Pro will not be the first smartphone from Huawei to have 5G capabilities, some other series say the Huawei Mate 20 might be the first even.

Huawei P30 Pro Specs

Huawei serves the P series smartphones with the high-end internals to ensure CPU does not bottleneck the camera performance. Huawei having quite big sales numbers and a lot of smartphones, they have started to manufacture and use their own chipset as like Apple and Samsung. The chipset powering the smartphone must be Kirin 980 which must go head to head in performance with the market leader Qualcomm Snapdragon 855.

The RAM must be fixed at 6Gb which when paired with the powerful processor must be well enough to handle the multiple cameras. The storage should be 128 GB or 256 Gb considering it is a media-centric phone which requires lots of space to store the media shot on it. Cameras, as we know, will still have 3 sensors to the back. We don’t expect the setup to different from the primary 40 MP, supporting 20 MP monochrome and accompanying 8 MP 3x optical zoom camera modules. We expect a bump in specs of optics and sensors for Huawei P30 Pro.

To complement the best camera the screen should be a 6.3 inch OLED display with crisp resolution and vibrant colours. 4000 mAh battery serves good for the full day usage and extended camera use.

Huawei P30 Pro Features

The camera and the software itself are the biggest asset feature of Huawei P30 Pro. The camera’s the software has a lot of AI features built in. Automatic scene detection and mode selection carry out so well most of the situations.

Apart from the camera app AI has its presence in many other areas. App pre-loading, AI charging are some of them which come in very handy for day to day tasks. Huawei’s Em UI is an Android skin, very feature rich OS like any other Chinese OS.

Huawei P30 Pro Concept

When it comes to concepts on Huawei P30 Pro it is the usual bezel-less screen, in-display fingerprint scanner, and the wireless charging. The absence of wireless charging on Huawei P20 Pro was a little disappointing considering the premium price it demanded, unlike other Chinese flagships. So having wireless charging will make Huawei P30 Pro a more compelling package.

Now that Chinese brands already lead the game of notch free smartphones. Huawei too should be doing that soon at least for the Huawei P30 Pro.

2019 should be the year of in-display fingerprint scanners. Moving the fingerprint scanner to the front will allow for a cleaner back which can be tweaked to add aesthetic beauty to the smartphone as the dual tone back that we saw with a few Huawei smartphones.

Additionally, dual speakers and the return of headphone jacks will be a treat to audiophiles and make the package complete to fight against western flagships.

Huawei P30 Pro Price & Release

Huawei P20 Pro sadly didn’t land in the US. Photo and tech enthusiasts had to import them for an additional cost in order to check out it. Hope at least Huawei P30 Pro finds its way to the US which will definitely do well.

The pricing must be around 750 USD for the base variant which if lands in the US will be a tough the competitor to many flagships.
